Our Quality Policies

LSSPI Quality Policy

 

    • To consistently manufacture thermal vacuum formed plastic packaging material and plastic sheet extrusion in order to maximize customer’s satisfaction both stated and implied.

    • To maintain an efficient, cost effective and integrated management system complying with ISO9001 standard through continual improvement of the system and commitment by top management and all employees.

    • To establish measurable quality objectives at all relevant functions within the company.

    • To communicate the quality policy & quality objectives to all employees by the department heads via orientation, awareness training and other means deemed suitable from time to time.

    • To review the quality policy & quality objectives for continuing suitability via management review meeting at least once a year.

 

Polisi Kualiti LSSPI

 

    • Mengeluarkan bahan pembungkusan plastik jenis haba vakum dan proses penyempretan plastik dengan konsisten bagi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang nyata dan tersirat.

    • Mengekalkan sistem pengurusan yang berkesan, bersepadu dan kos efektif yang mematuhi standard ISO9001 melalui penambahbaikan berterusan sistem itu dan komitmen pihak pengurusan atasan dan semua kakitangan.

    • Menubuhkan objektif kualiti yang boleh diukur bagi setiap fungsi yang berkaitan di dalam syarikat.

    • Menyampaikan polisi kualiti & objektif kualiti kepada semua pekerja oleh ketua-ketua jabatan melalui orientasi, latihan kesedaran dan kaedah-kaedah lain yang didapati sesuai dari semasa ke semasa.

    • Mengkaji semula polisi kualiti & objektif kualiti untuk kesesuaian berterusan melalui mesyuarat kajian semula sekurang-kurangnya setahun sekali.
